Service Description

This Service has been specially created for Alexis Lozada - Commercial Product Photography. Baby Apparel product Includes photography for a total of 13 pieces. (separate items photographed) - Proposal based on 50 Items , 1 image/1 angle per item. White background Items can be dropped off in 3 batches, 3 setups fees waived. / Additional Setups are charged at $150 per occurrence. Placement $30 per/item. Additional images beyond stated above are charged additionally at the same rate herein noted. Specs: pure white background. Post Processing Digital work included. Basic Cleanup included in retouching. All Digital Files are delivered fully processed in hi resolution JPG for download good for catalog printing or web use. Notes: Any additional items/angles per item (images) beyond the above agreed will have same price per item. Client will be present to arrange merchandise per her request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 7 days to the time of your Photo session are non-refundable. However, they could be transferred towards a new session minus the rescheduling fee of 50% of the deposit already collected. Cancellations further beyond 7 days from the time of your session will have a 50% fee deducted from your deposit's refund. Cancellations within 48hrs of your session or No shows are considered a job completed and will not be entitled to any refunds. There is a $25 service charge fee for hotels located on the Beach to cover for parking and miscellaneous expenses. Request to reschedule your session within 7 days of the time of the session will incur in a fee of 50% of your deposit already collected and will be added to the final bill. If you are not able to attend your session, you have 30 days to reschedule before it is completely cancelled. After this period you forfeit your initial deposit and will need to book a entire new session. For distances beyond 25 miles, a travel expense fee may be assessed and added to the final bill according to your session booking agreement. By Booking this session online you explicitly agree to these policies and you give permission to the Photographer to use the images taken during your photo-session for his own promotional purposes. The Photographer can use his images in web or printed promotional material. The Photographer retains the full rights of all photographs taken during your session.
