Service Description

Our Standard Headshot Session is a happy middle. Similar to the Full Executive Session but with a quicker shooting time and 2 images total. It is designed as an onsite setup. (we bring our studio to you) or Environmental Portraits depicting your interest or career. Included with the session you get: · (2) digital images with 2 different settings including outfit changes. · Environmental Portrait can be indoor or outdoor shots. Your two images can be a Casual Friendly Portrait or Executive Formal all in the same session. We portray your personality and career with your goals in mind. Images are delivered in JPG web format and Hi Res TIF files for traditional printed marketing publications.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 7 days to the time of your Photo session are non-refundable. However, they could be transferred towards a new session minus the rescheduling fee of 50% of the deposit already collected. Cancellations further beyond 7 days from the time of your session will have a 50% fee deducted from your deposit's refund. Cancellations within 48hrs of your session or No shows are considered a job completed and will not be entitled to any refunds. There is a $25 service charge fee for hotels located on the Beach to cover for parking and miscellaneous expenses. Request to reschedule your session within 7 days of the time of the session will incur in a fee of 50% of your deposit already collected and will be added to the final bill. If you are not able to attend your session, you have 30 days to reschedule before it is completely cancelled. After this period you forfeit your initial deposit and will need to book a entire new session. For distances beyond 25 miles, a travel expense fee may be assessed and added to the final bill according to your session booking agreement. By Booking this session online you explicitly agree to these policies and you give permission to the Photographer to use the images taken during your photo-session for his own promotional purposes. The Photographer can use his images in web or printed promotional material. The Photographer retains the full rights of all photographs taken during your session.
