Service Description

Designed for bigger events and bigger families. This package offers double the standard and it is the second of our most popular choices. Family Events such as First Communions, Baptisms, Quince, Anniversaries, Graduations, Birthdays or any other events where you would like to record the memories of a special day. This package includes the following: · Up to 6 hours of event coverage. This package can be split in up to two days of services if needed. One day can be used for the Portrait Session if desired. · Couple, Child or Subject Portrait Session. · Family Group Portraits during event. · Events covered: Ceremony, Celebration Party, or based on your needs. · Up to Twenty (20) Images from your Portrait Session. · (12) Professional Prints in size 8x10 (you can choose these prints from your digital selections above) · One (1) Large Professional Prints in size up to 13x19. (which you can choose from your digital selections above) · Design Coffee Table Book size 8x8 · All your Digital Files included from the Event . · Beautiful Branded Crystal USB Drive. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 7 days to the time of your Photo session are non-refundable. However, they could be transferred towards a new session minus the rescheduling fee of 50% of the deposit already collected. Cancellations further beyond 7 days from the time of your session will have a 50% fee deducted from your deposit's refund. Cancellations within 48hrs of your session or No shows are considered a job completed and will not be entitled to any refunds. There is a $25 service charge fee for hotels located on the Beach to cover for parking and miscellaneous expenses. Request to reschedule your session within 7 days of the time of the session will incur in a fee of 50% of your deposit already collected and will be added to the final bill. If you are not able to attend your session, you have 30 days to reschedule before it is completely cancelled. After this period you forfeit your initial deposit and will need to book a entire new session. For distances beyond 25 miles, a travel expense fee may be assessed and added to the final bill according to your session booking agreement. By Booking this session online you explicitly agree to these policies and you give permission to the Photographer to use the images taken during your photo-session for his own promotional purposes. The Photographer can use his images in web or printed promotional material. The Photographer retains the full rights of all photographs taken during your session.
