What was needed

The client required a curated set of images for internal marketing and social media use, with a primary focus on associate engagement.

The initial objective was to introduce the executive leadership team, followed by visuals that highlighted the welcoming office environment at their rental location. These images were also intended to support recruitment efforts by attracting and engaging potential applicants

What we did

We chose the lobby as the setting for the leadership team headshots, opting for a less formal approach that allowed their personalities to come through naturally within their own work environment.

We then captured images of associates actively at work, along with photographs of their warm, inviting cafeteria, a space designed to encourage collaboration and idea sharing.

To further highlight the relaxed and engaging office culture, we documented employees enjoying recreational activities such as ping-pong and foosball.

What was needed

The client required a series of images from this branch for use in an internal magazine publication. The project scope included a primary portrait headshot of the General Manager that reflected her personality, along with in-action images of her engaged in day-to-day work.

Additional requirements included photographs of employees assisting clients, highlighting a positive, relaxed, and collaborative environment.

The assignment also called for multiple group shots of the entire team to provide a range of usable options.

What we did

We began by preparing the location and capturing professional portrait headshots of the manager, then transitioned into documenting the team in action. While some scenes were intentionally staged, we also incorporated real customers who were willing to participate, allowing us to authentically portray the team at work and highlight a supportive, engaging environment.

Multiple action sequences were captured from a variety of angles and perspectives, providing the client with a broad selection of image options.

The session concluded with the requested outdoor group portraits, along with several relaxed, energetic images of the full team.

What was needed

I was contacted by the headquarters office to produce professional headshots for all associates within their Consumer Support Division. The scope of work also included a leadership team group portrait featuring the General Manager.

In addition, the project required images capturing client interactions, as well as an outdoor photograph highlighting their key on-site service vehicle alongside one of their primary clients. This image was later used in a printed publication to illustrate the level of support they provide to their customers.

What we did

We began by setting up on site and coordinating a team of more than eight people over the course of two days. For the leadership group portrait, I presented two location options: one at the main entrance of the building, and another positioned farther out to feature the Bosch building in the background. They selected the second option. While on location, we also captured candid team interactions as requested, along with an outdoor image highlighting a key client alongside their on-site vehicle, using a dynamic perspective that framed the building prominently in the background.
