Service Description

This branding session is a high-touch, consultative experience created for professionals and businesses that require refined, strategic imagery for long-term brand use. The session fee covers creative direction, on-site production, and brand alignment, while images are selected and purchased separately allowing you to invest only in the visuals that best serve your marketing goals. Designed to go far beyond traditional headshots, this approach delivers a curated image library that elevates your presence across digital, print, and commercial platforms. Session Fee Includes - 1–4 hours of studio or on-site professional photography - Pre-session brand consultation and creative planning - Multiple outfit changes during the session - Multiple settings within the allotted time - Indoor, outdoor, studio, and environmental options - Headshots, customized business portraits, lifestyle or editorial imagery, client interactions, product and branded details. - Collaboration with your marketing or creative team - Full commercial license with unlimited usage rights A consultation will be scheduled to confirm your scope and ensure alignment with your goals. Image Purchase & Delivery - Images are selected and purchased separately after the session $125 - Each selected image includes professional retouching and digital enhancement - Final images delivered via download in both web-ready and high-resolution JPG formats - Typical turnaround time: up to 5-10 days (often delivered sooner)


Booking and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 7 days to the time of your Photo session are non-refundable. However, they could be transferred towards a new session minus the rescheduling fee equal to a 50% of the deposit already collected. Cancellations further beyond 7 days from the time of your session are refundable but will have a deduction fee from the collected deposit equal to 50% of such deposit. Cancellations within 48hrs of your session and/or No shows are considered job completed and due in full. Request to reschedule your session within 7 days of the time of the session will incur in a rescheduling fee equal to a 50% of your deposit already collected and is added to your final bill. All other rescheduling needs outside the 7 days window, inclement weather or any other act of nature not fault of the client do not incur into any additional fees. Service Fees: There is a $25 service charge fee for hotels located on the Beach. This cover parking and miscellaneous expenses due to city regulations. For distances beyond 25 miles, a travel expense fee may be assessed and added to the final bill according to your session online booking agreement. Additional Notes: By Booking our sessions online you explicitly agree with our policies and give permission to the Photographer to use the images taken during your photo-session for his own promotional purposes. The Photographer can use produced images in digital or printed promotional material. The Photographer retains full copyrights of all photographic material created during your session.
